Wowbeds.­co.­uk may change, modify, add, or remove these terms and conditions at any time and therefore it is important to read these each time you place an order with us.

These terms and conditions only apply to web site sales.


All prices are in pounds sterling and inclusive of packaging and delivery charges to any mainland address in the UK.  Any exceptions will be clearly marked on the website where relevant.  Prices may be subject to change without notice.

In the event of any increase in the cost to the seller of raw materials, overheads, labour, taxes or duties, and any variation rate, the seller will increase the price due under the contract upon written notice.  If notice of the price is given by the seller, the buyer shall have the right to cancel the order and be refunded in full any monies already paid to the seller.

Foreign Customers

Whilst this website is designed with UK customers in mind, we welcome inquiries from abroad but we do not deliver outside the mainland UK.  However, for additional delivery charges, it may be possible or you are welcome to take delivery from a UK port using your own carrier.  Please telephone us and we will do our best to assist.


You may pay by any major credit card or debit card online or over the phone.

All orders are payable in full before delivery.­  You must confirm that the credit card, debit card or any other card being used is yours in order to purchase via our website, over the phone or by any other way.  All cardholders are subject to validation checks and autho­risa­tion by the card issuer.­ If the issuer of your payment refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, your order may be cancelled.

Product Availability

Standard sized products are usually in stock and custom sizes will be made to order.  If for any reason items are out of stock we will inform you.

Accepting orders and security

Each order placed by the customer will be contrac­tu­ally binding once it has been received.  It is at the discretion of the Company whether or not to accept or decline any order.

We comply with all the statutory requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 as well General Data Protection Regulation and all your personal information is confidential and secure. Your information will never be shared or sold to any third party.


Except where specifically stated, prices are inclusive of delivery to mainland UK only.  Our deliveries within the UK mainland are contracted to outside carriers who deliver Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 8-30am and 7-00 pm.­  A premium Saturday a.m. (9-00 am to noon) delivery is available on some items.  If you require this service, it must be specified at the time of ordering.­  Evening and Sunday deliveries are not available.

Delivery times are dependent on items orders – refer to ‘deliveries and returns‘ for information.

Delivery could be delayed due to holiday periods or unforeseen circum­stances, such as but not limited to lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, war, national emergency, flood, epidemic, explosion, strikes, labour disputes, vehicle breakdown, government action, trade disputes, suppliers or any other force majeure.­  In any case, we will inform you in good time but we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or any loss, costs, damages, charges, and expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of your ordered goods.

You will be informed by e-mail, text, or telephone, the day before the despatch of our expected delivery date.  We regret that we are unable to specify exact delivery times within that timeframe.  All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt.  If goods are showing obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery.

If you fail to give us a correct delivery address or fail to inform us that there are errors in the order acknow­led­gement or order confirmation relating to your delivery address detail, we reserve the right to and will generally seek to recover the cost of a return trip.  A re-arrangement of delivery can be made but a fee may apply.

Please Note

All items require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that there is somebody available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order.  If no one is available to receive the order the goods will be taken to and held at a delivery depot (you can request at the time of placing the order for a safe delivery location if you are not going to be home such as with a neighbour) you may then collect in person or request redelivery.  Please also note we cannot leave goods unattended outside your property (i.e. porch, garage or backyard, etc.)

Cancel­lations and Returns

We are pleased to offer a no-quibble cancellation policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights.

Should your purchase disappoint in any way, you may normally be able to cancel your purchase provided you notify us before, or within 7 days of delivery.  The buyer must give written notice to the seller by e-mail giving details of the products ordered.  Your product must be complete, unused, and in ‘as new’ condition.  It should be returned with the original box, packaging, and accessories.  Once we receive returned goods, we refund or replace them within 28 days.

Your goods may be collected from the delivery address but a fee applies.­  If there are replacements or cancel­lations and returns, we reserve the right to and will generally seek to recover the cost of returns, which would be deducted from the refund amount or any upgrade.­

The charges are:  £40.00 per item.

Returns will be completely at your own arrangement and cost and refund or replacement will be made upon receipt.

Please note: All returns are subject to approval and 10% admin will be charged if you decided to cancel the order after placing it.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Bespoke items

  • Bespoke/made to measure/­custom/odd sized items are classed as non-standard sizes. They are described throughout our site as custom-sized, made to measure, short and bespoke items.  It is important that you are fully fully aware of the item you are ordering and satisfied the size is correct as once the item has been manufactured you will be unable to cancel the order or return the item for a refund.
  • Only items in the table below are eligible for return as they are classed as UK standard sizes.  Anything not on this list will be deemed as short/­custom/­bespoke odd sized, made to order.

Transit Damage

All goods are quality checked by us prior to despatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition.­  However, transit damage unfor­tunately can occur.  If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately.­ If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt.­ In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.

Faulty Goods

Goods are fully guaranteed against faults in manufacture, materials, or workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery, however, replacements may not be identical to the item you originally ordered originally due to any obsolete or out-of-stock items in which case we will offer you an alternative product.­ No warranty is made in respect of commercial rather than domestic use.  If your goods develop a fault within 7 days of delivery, the goods may be returned for either refund or replacement.­ Replacement only is offered after 28 days and before 12 months.­ These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, or misuse.­  We are unable to accept items that are soiled or un-hygienic.­  Therefore, please use a mattress cover or protector from day one.


Sales on this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.­ All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us.  These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

These terms and conditions only cover the Wow Beds website.  Any other websites to which you link from this site may be governed by their own terms and conditions.­ We accept no respon­sibility or liability for the content of websites that are outside of our control.­  Any specifi­cations or advertising issued by the seller and any descriptions or illus­tra­tions contained within our website will not form part of this contract.­  Such information is a way of guidance only and may not bear any relationship with any products.  We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that we do not file copies of customer contracts.

We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with all customer browsers/computers/phones and we are not responsible or liable to you for any loss, loss of content, material uploaded and transmitted through the wowbeds.­co.­uk

Risk and Title

Risk of damage to the products shall pass to you upon delivery of the products, however, property in the products shall not pass to you until the seller has received clear funds in full for the products and all other sums, which are due from the buyer and products should be stored in the original packing and buyer may not use or resell the products before ownership has passed.  The seller shall be entitled to recover funds for the products that ownership of any of the products has not passed from the seller.  In this case, the seller entitled at any time to require you to deliver products to wowbeds, and if you fail to do so immediately to enter your building or any third party where the products are stored and repossess the products.


Wow Beds owns the copyright in all materials on this site, which may not be used, downloaded, copied, reproduced, republished, posted, broadcast, transmitted, or linked only for your own personal and non-commercial use.  You agree not to adapt, create any derivative work from any material on this site, or to restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of this site by anyone else.  It is not permitted to create any link to or from this website without our prior written consent.
